Green Neighborhood Initiative

The Green Neighborhood Initiative started in response to increasing urban pollution and lack of green spaces. Community members came together to plant trees in parks, along streets, and around schools. Success has been growing steadily with many young families participating and local businesses sponsoring. We are now seeking volunteers to help maintain these areas and expand the project further into underserved neighborhoods.
